A LITTLE STRUCTURE GOES A LONG WAY
For firm leaders bringing AI into the practice, access deserves the same attention as the work itself.

A shared place to manage tool access as your firm explores AI. Your tools still do the work. Ledgerwarden helps you govern access to them.
Add available connectors or a compatible custom MCP server and set up its credentials.
Choose individual tools, a toolset, or a whole connection for the roles that need them.
Use call history, usage trends, and configuration changes to understand tool access.
Connector availability and client compatibility require verification. Tool permissions govern access; they do not provide per-action human approval.
THE DETAILS MATTER
Clear expectations. Before you connect anything.
A compatible AI client connects to Ledgerwarden's MCP endpoint. Ledgerwarden manages access to the remote MCP servers configured behind that endpoint, based on the caller's role and tool permissions.
No. Access rules determine which tools a person can use. They are not a human approval step for each action. Granting a whole connection also includes tools that server adds later; select individual tools when you need a narrower scope.
Supported applications depend on the available connectors or compatible remote MCP servers, their tools, and their authorization requirements. A specific accounting application or multi-client accounting workflow should be verified before you rely on it.
With call recording enabled and gateway reporting working, administrators can review recorded tool calls, callers, timing, duration, and outcomes. Separate records show configuration changes made through the hub's audited data operations. This is not a complete accounting audit trail.
This is a website preview. It does not create an account, enable a trial, or accept form submissions. Product availability, supported connections, and onboarding need to be confirmed before access is offered.
